This house has been newly renovated to ensure you have all the comforts of home. When you walk in you enter the kitchen which is set back from the living and Bistro area and has clear views through the living room of the lake. It has new countertops, stainless steel sink and fully equipped with Stainless steel appliances that include a five burner gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, and side-by-side refrigerator with water and ice dispenser. For your convenience there is also a garbage disposal and large pantry. You will immediately notice the views through the living room of the lake. The open concept in the living room with lakeside windows, dining area and kitchen and an additional Bistro area flow together perfectly and allow you to view the lake virtually uninterrupted. . The décor is rustic yet has a touch of class with many antiques and vintage items. You can't help but explore all the little extras that have been put into the house. Just off the dining area and kitchen you will find three cozy bedrooms. Each bedroom is uniquely decorated with individual themes and has a comfortable full size bed. There is a Deer hunting room decorated with deer hunting in mind, Fishing room complete with a small vintage motor and many fishing tackle items and there is also a Duck hunting room for the avid duck hunter. There are two completely renovated and modern bathrooms. Each one has a walk in shower with glass doors, elongated toilet and vanity with storage. Outside you will notice a patio with a nice fire-pit and additional sitting areas and an eighty foot boat dock with electric hookups for recharging your boat battery. Great fishing directly off the dock. The house is located on Harris Break Lake and just minutes from Harris Break Wildlife Management area which encompasses 2788 acres including a 1,200 acre lake and a 800 acre green tree reservoir. This is where you can hunt for Deer, Bear, Crow, Quail, Dove, Rabbit, squirrel, Turkey, Duck, Geese and other furbearers. Nebo and Petit Jean Mountain, breakfast nook, kitchen, dining area, large living room with two comfortable sofas and large flat screen smart television, two bedrooms with queen size beds, one full bath, and laundry room. Large oaks and other shade trees provide a cooler lawn space for relaxing and playing lawn games. Home is located a short distance from Petit Jean and Mt. Nebo State Parks as well as the Centerville race tracks. Nearby Lake Dardanelle is an excellent fishing and recreation lake. Petit Jean Wildlife Management Area is minutes away and features public hunting and fishing.

1974 house located on a private 2 1/2 acres lake and 29 acres of land. Gated entry. 2 miles to Promenade At Chenal, Kroger, movie theater, restaurants, and shopping. Two bedrooms on the second floor. Second full bathroom is on the first floor. French door to an outside patio. Decks on two sides and both floors. Fire ring with five log chairs. Plenty of wood for fires in the woods. Look for fish, turtles, river otters, deer, and more. People ask about swimming in the lake. We are sorry, but there is no swimming area. Feel free to fish, row around the lake or have a fire in the ring beside the lake. We recently had a guest ask about fish types. We have a healthy lake with bass, blue gill and catfish. It is a stocked lake. We ask that you to please catch and release only. We want everyone to enjoy the fish. A friend just checked the lake out for bass and said that there were plenty and he caught both 1-2 lb and 3-4 lb fish. I hope that helps. Please enjoy!
